About Jumpin' Jack's Party Place

Jumpin' Jack's Party Place is the fastest growing inflatable entertainment company in the Brevard County area. We specialize in catering parties from backyard birthdays to corporate events by providing new and exciting inflatables to rent, as well as snow cone machines, and the ever-popular party pastime, Sandy Candy.

Once you book your event with us, you will receive an e-confirmation of your event specifics. Three days prior to your event, we will call to confirm and give you the approximate set up and take down time of your rentals.

The day of your event, a member of our professional Jumpin' Jack's Party Place staff will go over all safety and operating rules as well as the rental agreement and collect payment.

Our trained personnel will then set up and anchor the inflatable to ensure the safety of all guests. Your rental will include an enclosed blower, heavy-duty extension cord and hoses for water slides. We also supply generators at an additional charge, if needed.

You will also be given a variety of promotional items for you and your guests to enjoy from Jumpin' Jack's Party Place as a token of our appreciation for allowing us to share in your special event.

Upon arrival to take down the rental,
we will inspect and clean the inflatable. We will also do any clean up required of the snow cone machine or sandy candy.

Jumpin' Jack's Party Place also has plans to expand in 2009!

We will be opening an indoor adventure playground featuring inflatables, redemption games, and a themed indoor play system.

Our specialty will be catering birthday parties, group play dates, corporate parties, and family gatherings, as well as individual play time.

Kids will have a blast playing in our open area playground while parents enjoy comfy seating, our snack bar, and participating in organized activities such as scrapbooking.

General FAQs
 
What type of surfaces can the inflatables be set up on? 
      We can set up on grass or paved surfaces as long as they are flat. We are unable to set up an inflatable on sand or rock surfaces.

Can you set up inflatables at a public park?
      Each park has their own set of rules and regulations. You will have to contact Brevard County Parks and Recreation at 321 63 PKREC and ask about the park that you are interested in hosting your event at.

How much room do I need for the inflatables?
      You need to have at least a 5 ft clearance on each side of the inflatable. Please see the inflatable page for dimensions of each inflatable. 

How long do I get to keep the rental for?
      A minimum of four hours, however, if our rental schedule permits, you may keep it all day. We will let you know during the confirmation call what the approximate drop off and pick up times will be. 

What kind of power source will be required for the inflatable?
      Our inflatables plug into a standard 110 household outlet.   We supply the extension cord. The inflatable will need to be placed within 50 ft of the outlet; otherwise a generator will be required at an additional cost of $50. 

What about use during inclement weather?
     The inflatable should not be operated if winds exceed 25 mph or in rain or lightning conditions. Should inclement weather arise, the supervising adult must help all children exit the inflatable and then unplug it.

What is your cancellation policy in relation to inclement weather?
      We do not collect payment until we arrive for set up, therefore, you may cancel at any time before the event. However, once the inflatable is set up, there will be no refunds.  

 What type of payments do you accept?
      We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash, and Money Orders.

 

Sandy Candy/Roxy Candy FAQs
 
Are any containers glass?
       No, all of our containers are made from plastic.

Can I pick my flavors?
       Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to pick which flavors you would like, however, each order comes with a large variety of flavors and colors to choose from.

What is the shelf life of the product?
       All of our candy art products have at least a 3 year shelf life even after it is opened.

Will the Sandy Candy or Roxy Candy I receive be enough for all the straws in my order?
       Yes, the manufacturer has calculated how much candy is needed to fill the number of containers ordered, and you always get more than enough. We allow plenty for spillage and tasting.

Can I return unused straws and candy for a refund?
       Unfortunately, no. 

How much sugar do the straws hold?
      The 12 inch straw holds 2 Tbsp.  There are 65 calories and 0 grams of fat in a 12 inch straw.  This is less than the amount of sugar in half of a can of soda.

What is Sandy Candy and Roxy Candy made of?
      The ingredients include:  sugar, malic acid, artificial flavors and colors  (FD +C Yellow #5 +#6, Blue #1, Red #3, and Red #40).

Is Sandy Candy/Roxy Candy manufactured in a plant that uses peanuts, tree nuts, or milk, egg, wheat, and soy products?
      No, there are no allergens in Sandy Candy or Roxy Candy.

How easy is it to use?
     Sandy Candy/Roxy Candy is easy enough for a two year old to use.  Everyone will have tons of fun creating their own edible art!  We allow enough candy for spillage and tasting, so there is always plenty.
